Sensati was born from an impetus: to reconcile body, heart, and mind in an era where many seek to rediscover meaning and coherence.
Our mission is to offer a space where presence becomes a way of life — through mindfulness movements, meditative practices, and contemplative approaches inspired by both inner and outer landscapes, as we also offer initiatory journeys.
These practices aim not only to calm the mind but to awaken consciousness: they allow one to inhabit their humanity lucidly, embodied, and with kindness.
Rooted in a secular, sensitive, and rigorous approach, they draw on evidence-based findings from contemporary scientific research, while honoring ancient wisdoms of the body and presence.
Through workshops, retreats, and training, Sensati invites a transformation that connects interiority and social engagement, for a more conscious, vibrant, and just world.
A mindfulness facilitator trained at Brown University, Delphine Poublan has been practicing meditation for over fifteen years. After working for ten years as a water engineer, then completing midwifery training, she is now pursuing studies in psychology and mental health.
Through her practice of mindfulness movements, she explores the link between the body, emotional health, and consciousness. Her journey, at the crossroads of science, care, and presence, led her to direct SOS Professionnels, an organization dedicated to supporting workers in psychological distress. This experience deepens her understanding of suffering and the potential for resilience within each of us.
With Sensati, Delphine shares an integrative and accessible vision of practice: an embodied, secular, and profoundly human mindfulness. She builds bridges between scientific rigor, the wisdom of contemplative traditions, and poetic impulse.
Her approach aims to awaken a harmonious presence, where movement, breath, and silence converge to reveal what has always been there: the tranquil clarity of life.
For several decades, mindfulness has opened a space of benevolent attention at the heart of modern life. Popularized by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late ’70s, it has inspired millions of people to slow down, breathe, and connect with the present moment.
However, most research has long focused on seated or introspective meditative practices.
Today, an emerging field is attracting the attention of researchers and practitioners: that of mindfulness movements, where the body becomes a place of awakening and sensitive intelligence.
Recent works (Schmalzl, Crane-Godreau & Payne, 2014; Wang et al., 2022; Xu et al., 2025) show that these embodied contemplative practices — yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and other ancestral approaches — promote emotional regulation, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
They invite us to feel the subtle continuity between the movement of breath and that of thought, between action and presence.
These studies confirm an ancient intuition: conscious movement is not merely a physical exercise, but a meditation in action, a path to unifying body and mind.
Sensati is therefore a space for exploring the benefits of mindfulness movements, as well as a collective for research and transmission among those who pursue a quest for meaning and feeling.
A space where science, art, and inner experience meet to cultivate a living, embodied, and meaningful consciousness.
Invitations to meditative practices and inspiring retreats.
